Aren’t you tired of reading boring about pages? I recently read a bio of myself that I wrote a few years ago and it was so canned and predictable. Instead of giving you that, I am going to share with you a few things about me and some background as to why I started this blog.
I am an ideas person. I have big visions and I love to brainstorm ideas.
I am a doer (in personality terms I am a “driver”). I love to get things done and am very task oriented.
The combination of these two leads to overwhelm because I have so many things I want to get done but don’t always do them. However, anything that I’ve thought about doing stays in my head even if it’s been weeks, months or years and I haven’t done it.
Thus, this blog–an idea from 2 years ago–was born. It’s really an opportunity for me to check myself and hopefully helps others along the way.
I am most passionate about leadership development and helping people realize their God given potential. My purpose statement is: Realizing Potential.
I believe in God, specifically in Jesus Christ.
I believe in love and family.
I believe that we are each here for a reason and that ultimately that reason is to serve and love others, glorify God and make a positive impact.
I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I am working hard to be great in all of those roles.
